Birch Telecom salesman contacted me to switch from AT&T promising a big save in my bill for two phone lines and DSL service, two month later, i found out that the service is for DSL only not including the phone lines. and that i have to pay AT&T and Birch for the same service for the same period, i decided to pay AT&T and keep my service, and called Birch to cancel the service they said i have to pay 800 dollar early termination fees !!!!! this company is not right and there sales people are tricky so be aware and stay off them.
